Every year, WBDM supports emerging talents on SaloneSatellite platform on a collective booth, allowing them to show their product to an international audience.

For over twenty years, SaloneSatellite has been the platform to launch young talent in international design: a vital artery of the Salone internazionale del Mobile di Milano and a must for talent scouts, journalists and visionary industrialists.

The context of the pandemic unfortunately constrained the organisers of the fair to cancel two consecutive editions. Therefore, in addition to the support provided to designers over the past few months, Belgium is Design is organising its own SaloneSatellite outside the exhibition. 

Six of the studios and designers selected by the international jury have chosen to take part in ‘The New Belgians – SaloneSatellite extra muros‘.

We will go back to the space that welcomed us in 2019 for Generous Nature at Opificio 31 in the Zona Tortona.
